What power is available on each stage? ↓
Stages A and B provide 200A 3-phase. Stage C provides 100A. Tie-ins are clearly labeled and tested weekly. Distro and cabling can be added from the catalog.
How quiet are the stages? ↓
HVAC is isolated with flexible connectors and lined plenums. Walls are treated with absorptive panels to limit flutter and standing waves.
Do you offer prelight or hold days? ↓
Yes. We can schedule prelight and hold days at reduced rates. Ask our team for a combined quote via the contact page.
Is parking and load-in available? ↓
We have a dedicated loading bay and crew parking. Oversize vehicles should coordinate arrival times with our staff.
What insurance is required for rentals? ↓
A certificate of insurance naming RecordHub Studios as additionally insured may be required for gear valued above a threshold. Contact us for COI requirements.
Can I bring my own crew and gear? ↓
Absolutely. Our stages are vendor-neutral. We also provide vetted crew add-ons if you'd like support.
How do I hold a date? ↓
Place items in your cart and message us through the contact page. We’ll pencil your dates while we finalize the quote.
What is your cancellation policy? ↓
72+ hours: refund minus fees. 48–72 hours: 50% charge. Under 48 hours: first day and confirmed crew add-ons are billable.
